It is so nice of you to want to reach out. That’s a great sign for your coaching clients.
The best way to reach me is to open a ticket on my help desk (here). Once you create a ticket (no need to create yet another account!), it allows us to use email but have it backed up into the help desk platform. That means my little minions (robot, AI, and human alike) can do their best to defend against the gremlins that eat emails.
If you would prefer, you may send a text message (269-605-4408) with details and I will get back to you as appropriate. (I distrust voicemails almost as much as email since a mangled message doesn’t help us any more than a lost one…)
Be aware, I manage my technology rather than the other way around. While I will respond in a timely manner, it is unlikely to be immediate.
